Nancy Bourg

Nancy Bourg is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President InSourcing & Chief Clinical Officer at HWL, Nancy has also held the position of Chief Nursing Officer & VP Clinical Operations at Healthcare Workforce Logistics. Previous roles include President/CEO of ProHealth Select, Chief Operating Officer at Extenders Group, and President of InSource Strategies. Nancy has a strong background in operational efficiency, cost reduction, and workforce solutions, with a particular focus on enhancing hospital services and staffing strategies. Educationally, Nancy holds an MBA in Business and Health Care from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Health Care Administration from Florida Atlantic University, alongside an AS in Nursing from Broward College.
