Trent Tangen

Assistant Vice President, Population Health Management at Healthcheck360

Trent Tangen has a diverse work experience in the field of population health management, health coaching, and wellness. Trent started their career in 2007 as the Director of Wellness/Wellness Specialist at Project Transition. In 2010, they joined the University of Illinois at Springfield as the Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness.
