Israel Perez has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Israel started their career in 2000 at Key Skills, where they developed their personal and web developer skills while also serving as a team leader. In 2005, they joined Tymec (formally Global Ensemble) as a graphic designer and eventually transitioned into web development, becoming a proficient frontend developer with backend skills.

Israel then worked as a Web Design/Development and Multimedia Teacher at TAFE NSW from 2008 to 2013, where they honed their presentation, communication, and mentoring abilities. Israel taught students frontend development and ensured they were up to date with current techniques and industry trends.

From 2009 to 2015, Israel managed their own freelance business, Top Creative, where they provided design and development services to small businesses. Israel engaged with clients, managed projects, created branding materials, and developed websites and marketing tools.

In 2013, Israel joined Groupon Asia Pacific as a Frontend Developer, where they developed a new web app and maintained it for various countries in the region. In 2015, they worked as a Frontend Designer/Developer at Skaffold Pty Ltd, contributing to the development of their online stock research application.

Later in 2015, Israel was hired on a short-term contract as a Web Developer - Frontend at The Monkeys, where they focused on frontend functionality, design, UI, and UX for the Telstra business awards websites.

Most recently, Israel worked as a Senior Frontend Lead - User Interface Developer at Healthdirect Australia, a national public health information service. Israel contributed to the development and maintenance of various government health websites.

Throughout their career, Israel has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a passion for technological and design innovation, and a drive for self-development.

Israel Perez has a diverse education history. In 2001, they began their studies at Western Sydney University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics in 2005. After that, in 2004, Perez pursued a Website Development Diploma at TAFE NSW, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Israel then expanded their knowledge in the field of graphic design by completing a Graphic Design Diploma at TAFE NSW from 2012 to 2013. In 2015, Perez obtained a Professional Certificate in Web Accessibility from the University of South Australia. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications in Graphic Design, Teaching and Assessment, and Website Development and Design throughout their educational journey.
