Monty Syed has had extensive work experience in various roles within the business analysis field. Monty started their career at Allianz Australia Limited in 2006, where they focused on business process improvement and report creation. Monty then moved on to McKinsey & Company in 2007, where they worked as a business analyst consultant, specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) projects. In 2008, they joined Samsung Electronics as a project manager and business analyst, overseeing system integration projects and successfully launching new internal systems. Monty later worked at Ashurst as a test manager and business analyst, managing test teams and documenting functional specifications for various projects. Monty then joined mytraining.net as an engagement & strategy business analyst, developing and managing an online training reservations platform. Most recently, they worked at Origin Energy as a senior business analyst. In 2015, they joined Healthdirect Australia as a lead business analyst and SCRUM master.
