Gean Carlo Padilla

Gean Carlo Padilla has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles. Gean Carlo served as the Chief Financial Officer at HealthDrive Corporation since April 2018. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance Population Health Management at Philips from May 2017 to April 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Director, Business Controller at Philips Lifeline, where they oversaw financial planning and operations. Before joining Philips, Gean Carlo worked at Sealed Air Corporation as an MBA Summer Analyst in 2010 and at Yanbal International as a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Finance from 2006 to 2009. Gean Carlo began their career at America Movil Peru S.A.C. in 2002, where they served as an Analyst and handled financial analysis and control for the Supply & Logistics Department.

Gean Carlo Padilla completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru between 1997 and 2003. Gean Carlo further pursued their studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from 2009 to 2011.
