Piyusha Pawar

Piyusha Pawar has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2016, as a Project Intern at Rapidflow Inc, they worked on a web-based helpdesk platform to handle customer complaints and generate priority levels for resolutions. In 2015, they served as an Intern at R V Infotech, where they modified websites, performed general maintenance on existing databases, and implemented stored procedures and triggers. Between 2018 and 2019, Piyusha held multiple positions including Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they conducted research studies on behavior management in online communication and analyzed data using MS Excel and Adobe media player. Piyusha also worked as a Data Analyst at Index Analytics LLC, where they converted data into actionable insights using Qlik and Tableau dashboard toolsets. At ARSIEM Corporation, as a Software Engineer Intern, they worked on blockchain technology and utilized different data sources for analyses. Additionally, Piyusha was a Student Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2019, where they researched on Deep Learning using datasets in Keras and implemented CNN for image classification. Lastly, they currently work as a Data Analyst at HealthEC, LLC, supporting development teams, conducting in-depth investigations using large and complex datasets, and updating stakeholders with relevant results.

Piyusha Pawar received their Master's degree in Information System from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Piyusha attended MIT School in Pune for their School and Junior college education from 1999 to 2012.

Piyusha Pawar also holds several certifications. In 2022, they obtained HIPAA and Security Awareness certificates from Accountable HQ. In 2019, they completed the Advanced Microsoft Power BI, Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI, Power BI Data Modeling with DAX, and SQL certifications from various institutions such as Lynda.com and LinkedIn. Piyusha has also completed several online courses in topics such as NoSQL, blockchain, business analytics, digital business analysis, programming, data analytics, PowerShell scripting, web analytics, machine learning, and software quality assurance, as part of the LinkedIn Learning Insiders Program.
