Ian Mitchell

Ian Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design and development. Ian currently works as a Lead UX Designer at HealthEdge since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a CX/UX Design Manager at Genesys from April 2021 to October 2022, where they created designs and prototypes, led strategic planning sessions, and developed a design system. Before that, Ian worked at Bridgestone Americas, where they held multiple roles including UI + UX Lead and User Experience Developer from 2014 to 2021. At Bridgestone, they designed mobile and web-based applications, conducted usability audits, and collaborated with business stakeholders. Ian also has experience working at Deloitte as a Business Solutions Analyst from 2012 to 2014 and as an Enterprise Application Developer and DeloitteNet Integration Analyst from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Designer/Developer at Nicholas Investment Management from 2007 to 2009.

Ian Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
