Bree R. began their career in 2016 as a Recruitment Administrator at Hays where they provided administrative support to the Human Resources, Procurement and Mining teams. In 2018, they joined Healthengine as a Senior People Partner & Team Lead. In this role, they partnered with managers and executives to support and drive successful ways to acquire, enable, grow and retain employees. Bree then moved into the role of People Operations Partner, where they took a proactive approach to attracting and retaining talent. Bree then took on the role of People Success Partner, where they acted as a HR business partner and subject matter expert across specialist areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and reward. Finally, they were a People Operations Advisor and HR Graduate at Healthengine.
