Louanne Neville has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Louanne began their career as a Legal Secretary at Rudnick & Wolfe, where they provided support to a top partner and handled high-value financial transactions. Louanne then transitioned to the financial sector, working as a Customer & Rep Service Manager at Financial Network Investment Corporation, where they managed a team and ensured compliance with SEC and NASD regulations.

Afterwards, Louanne held various roles at Willow Creek Community Church, St. Mark's Lutheran Church, and Health Enterprises, where they demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to manage large events and teams. In these positions, they oversaw ministry operations, conducted leadership training, and facilitated the onboarding and credentialing of staff.

Louanne also worked as a Paralegal at Elderkin & Pirnie, P.L.C. and Health Enterprises, where they assisted with legal and compliance research, drafted legal documents, and supported executive boards. Additionally, they served as a Sr. Administrative Assistant at Rockwell Collins, providing administrative support to two Assistant General Counsels and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.

Louanne Neville attended Kirkwood Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in both Paralegal Studies and Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Louanne completed the Paralegal Studies program in 2012 and the Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies program from 2008 to 2010. During their time in the Paralegal Studies program, Louanne was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
