Chris Gaines

Chris Gaines, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Member Engagement at HealthEquity, leading a team of six engagement consultants focused on building employee engagement and adoption of benefits for top enterprise clients. Prior experience includes roles at Progrexion as Senior Brand & Channel Manager, overseeing strategic marketing campaigns, and at Old Chicago Restaurants as Brand & Product Marketing Manager, managing product development and branding for numerous locations. Chris also held positions as Marketing Manager for Famous Brands - TCBY & Mrs. Fields Cookies, Director of Marcomm at Professional Case Management, and Director of Marketing & Sales at Isle of Capri Casinos, where responsibility included managing significant budgets and improving team productivity. Earlier experience includes involvement with the Denver Broncos in game day promotions and serving as Adjunct Faculty at Johnson & Wales University. Chris holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Tourism from the University of Colorado Boulder.
