Eric Hunter currently serves as the VP of Talent Development at HealthEquity since January 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Director of Learning Solutions at eBay, where the focus was on enhancing the HR experience for employees. Prior to that, Eric worked at PayPal as the Manager of Learning and Development, specializing in global training for recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Eric's extensive experience at eBay also included roles as a Senior Learning Technology Consultant and eLearning Designer, where training programs were developed for customer support agents and HR professionals. Eric holds a Master of Science in Instructional Psychology & Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature, both from Brigham Young University.
