Michelle Monical

Michelle Monical has over two decades of experience in product management and strategic implementation within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Principal Product Manager at HealthEquity since 2011, Michelle has successfully led Agile SCRUM development teams and has been instrumental in the prioritization of product functionalities and the development of detailed product roadmaps. Prior roles at HealthEquity included Partner Solutions Manager and Partner Implementation Manager, where expertise in process improvement and complex product implementations was demonstrated. Earlier experience at SelectHealth involved various analytical and operations roles, where Michelle excelled in bridging business and technical needs. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Utah.
