Matt Ripkey

Matt Ripkey is the Founder and Owner of Geneva Venture Company, established in September 2024, which focuses on advising, incubating, and investing in technology startups. Currently serving as a GTM Advisor at HealthEx since October 2024, Matt also held significant roles at Redox from January 2016 to October 2024, including Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development and Senior Account Executive. Prior experience includes a position in Sales & Customer Success at WorkLife Inc. from May 2015 to October 2015. Matt Ripkey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from the Wisconsin School of Business between 2013 and 2016.
