Kimberly Klenner

Kimberly Klenner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health care and real estate. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Stop Loss Solutions at HealthEZ since July 2021, Kimberly is responsible for auditing reimbursement requests, innovating cost containment strategies, and enhancing documentation integrity through client and carrier coordination. Prior roles include Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Edina Realty since October 2016 and Optum Health Care Advisor Supervisor from November 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service for health care advisors and providing training. Previous positions held include Team Lead Manager at ProScript and Quality Assurance at Nuance Communications. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology from Rasmussen University.
