Patrick McClelland

Patrick McClelland is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Associate IT Manager and Infrastructure Lead at HealthFirst since August 2012, Patrick has held various roles within the organization, including System Administrator. Prior experience includes a position as a Frontline Support Engineer at VMC/Volt - Microsoft Office, where responsibilities involved handling escalated customer support issues and conducting troubleshooting.
