Tracy Melton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as General Manager at HealthFirst since July 2023, Tracy previously held the position of Executive Director for Strategic Projects at Henry Schein from February 2023 to February 2024. Tracy's career at HealthFirst also includes various leadership roles from January 2011 to February 2023, such as Head of Operations and Senior Director of Operations and Sales Support. Prior to HealthFirst, Tracy worked at Banyan International as Director of Operations and developed expertise in purchasing and operations management. Starting a career at SNBL USA as a Purchasing Manager, Tracy has built a solid foundation in operational leadership across multiple organizations.
