Eric Thostenson is an experienced Senior Network Engineer currently working at Mercury Healthcare, formerly known as Healthgrades, since October 2016. Transitioning from a Voice Engineer role, Eric has played a crucial role in network and systems administration, especially in maintaining voice and call center competencies. Prior to this, Eric held the position of Infrastructure Engineer at Old National Bank, where the focus was on transitioning voice infrastructure. Previous roles include Infrastructure Systems Administrator roles at AnchorBank, WEA Trust, and Apex Systems, specializing in voice and data circuits as well as contact center infrastructure. Eric began a career in information systems at Spectrum Brands and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Cisco Networking Academy certification.
