Paul Krause has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Paul started their career in 2003 as a Sales Audit Associate at Famous Footwear, where they ensured the integrity of sales transactions and inventory counts for multiple retail outlets. In 2008, they interned at Regence BlueCross BlueShield, conducting deep-dive analysis and audience segmentation for the company's loyalty program. Paul then joined Regence BlueCross BlueShield as a Senior Consumer Analyst in 2009, where they utilized data to serve as a trusted advisor and develop engagement models. From 2012-2014, Paul worked at Healthgrades as a Senior Market Analyst, collaborating with clients and providing data-driven solutions. Paul then transitioned to a Senior Director role at Healthgrades in 2015, where they led a team of data analysts and collaborated with product leadership to design reporting frameworks and custom analyses.

Paul Krause earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Investments and Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business. Paul attended this institution from 1999 to 2003. Paul later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, attending from 2007 to 2008.
