Haley Erb has extensive experience in client services and education. Currently serving as Client Services Manager and formerly as Account Executive at Healthgram since June 2014, Haley Erb focuses on providing solutions for rising healthcare costs and enhancing plan performance through data transparency and effective benefit administration. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager and Teacher Assistant at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools - Providence Spring Elementary, where responsibilities involved supporting instruction for students and developing lesson materials. Additionally, Haley Erb completed an internship as a Child Life Specialist at Betty H. Cameron's Women's & Children's Hospital of NHRMC, gaining valuable skills in child advocacy and therapeutic support for families. Haley Erb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
