Amber West is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as a Clinical Review Manager at HealthHelp since December 2023, following a tenure as Clinical Manager at Optum from August 2017 to November 2023, where Amber was also a Senior Recovery/Resolution Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for the Fraud, Waste and Abuse Appeals Department.
