Bruce Hampton

Bruce Hampton has a strong background in software quality assurance and IT roles. Bruce started their career as an Application Specialist at Fiserv in 2006, where they provided support to high-end clients and conducted software training. Bruce later became an Application Specialist Level II, taking on additional responsibilities such as testing new enhancements and bug fixes and working closely with developers. In 2012, they joined Insite360 FuelQuest at Veeder-Root as a FMS Support Specialist before transitioning to a role as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. At Weatherford, they worked as a Software QA Engineer III from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Bruce is employed at HealthHelp as a Senior IT Rules QA Analyst. Overall, Bruce has a strong expertise in software quality assurance and IT roles.

Bruce Hampton attended the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer Information Systems. In May 2020, they also obtained a certification in Learning Microsoft SQL Server 2019 from LinkedIn.
