Jesse Zuniga

Jesse Zuniga began their work experience as a Field IT Technician at PC Solutions in 2009. Jesse was responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining various client systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and phone systems. Jesse also handled server administration and data security and recovery.

In 2010, Jesse worked as an IT consultant at Need Computer Help?, where they provided onsite support for clients and repaired computer software and hardware issues. Jesse also performed basic server administration when required.

From 2011 to 2012, Jesse served as a Help Desk Support Technician at Wright Business Technologies Inc. In this role, they provided helpdesk and onsite support to customers, troubleshooting and maintaining all systems. Jesse also handled hardware and software upgrades and promptly resolved Helpdesk ticket requests.

Starting in 2013, Jesse worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Empact IT. Here, they were the primary onsite support technician responsible for setting up, maintaining, deploying, and supporting workstations, network devices, and peripherals. Jesse also created, tracked, and followed up on ticket requests.

Since 2015, Jesse has been working at HealthHelp as an IT Support Specialist. Jesse sets up, deploys, maintains, and supports all systems within the organization. Jesse provides quality technical support and resolution for end users and manages accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, Office365, and Telecom.

Jesse Zuniga obtained their education in Information Technologies with a focus on Computer Systems Networking from ITT Technical Institute-Houston North. The education took place from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Jesse also holds certifications in CompTIA Server+ from CompTIA and MS365 - Modern Desktop Administration from Microsoft.
