Emma Carter is a Senior Client Success Manager at HealthHero since April 2022, specializing in providing remote access to healthcare professionals for patients and organizations. Previously, Emma served as an Engagement & Assurance Consultant at Bupa, where responsibilities included national customer engagement practices and feedback translation for improved service outcomes. During a secondment as Change Manager, strategic planning for transformation initiatives was led, focusing on maximizing employee adoption. Emma's prior experience includes leading programs at Cancer Council NSW aimed at influencing health behaviors, managing diverse projects at ZEST Health Strategies, and overseeing nutrition programs for Healthy Schools London while at the London Borough of Newham. Emma began a career as a Public Health Nutritionist at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, managing behavior change interventions for young populations. Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Health and Lifestyles from Sheffield Hallam University.
