Ryan Shaw

Ryan Shaw is the Founder and Strategic Advisor at Fox22 Consulting since November 2021 and serves as a Fractional Group HRIS Manager for Dayforce at HealthHero from February 2022 onwards. Previous roles include Acting Change and Project Management Lead and Workday/HR Project Manager at World Vision from April 2023 to August 2025, and HR Analyst at JDX Consulting from June 2020 to February 2022, after which JDX Consulting was acquired by Delta Capita. Ryan also worked as a BambooHR Implementation & HR Operations Consultant at iLax1 in late 2021 and held positions in HCM Optimization at Mr Price Group from May 2015 to February 2020.
