Dr. Shamsher Dwivedee is one of the leading neurologists in India also credited with the introduction of a radical procedure for stroke patients, called Intravenous Thrombosis for Stroke Patients. He’s currently serving as the Chairman of the Centre of Excellence for Neurosciences at Healthians Research Centre.
