Varun Gandhi

Varun Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Currently, they are the Associate Vice President [Key Accounts & Endosurgery] at Healthium Medtech Limited, where they lead a team and drives business success through team management, strategic marketing strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager- Corporate Accounts at the same company, responsible for driving growth in large private and government accounts.

Before joining Healthium Medtech Limited, Varun worked at Zimmer Biomet as the National Sales Manager (India/South Asia), where they managed the portfolio of dental implants, regenerative products, and digital solutions. Varun also played a key role in establishing Zimmer Biomet Dental subsidiary in India.

Earlier in their career, Varun worked at Nobel Biocare as a Business Manager, overseeing their dental implant business. Varun was responsible for managing a team, driving growth, and achieving budgetary goals. Varun also held the position of Zonal Sales Manager at the same company.

Prior to their time at Nobel Biocare, Varun worked at Baxter International Inc. in various roles such as Sales Manager-North, Area Sales Manager-BioSurgery, Area Sales Manager-Corporate Sales, and Key Accounts Manager. Varun managed different portfolios and successfully achieved business targets.

Varun started their career at GlaxoSmithKline as a Medical Business Associate, where they worked in the Critical Care Business and handled accounts for antibiotics and anticoagulants.

Throughout their career, Varun has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved exceptional performance, and cultivated influential relationships with key stakeholders.

Varun Gandhi completed their Post Graduate in Advanced General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a B-Pharma degree in Pharmacy from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2002 to 2006. Varun'seducation started at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1989 to 2001, where they focused on physics, chemistry, and maths.
