Carole DiMarzo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carole currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Healthix, a role they have been in since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Operations at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022.
Before joining Healthix, Carole worked at the Mental Health Association of NYC where they held various positions. Carole was the Director of Member Services from 2015 to 2017, Assistant Director of Network Operations from 2013 to 2015, and Senior Manager of Network Development from 2011 to 2013. Carole started their journey in the organization as a Network Development Coordinator from 2008 to 2011.

Carole DiMarzo, MS has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Adelphi University. Carole also obtained their high school diploma from Briarcliff High School. In addition to their formal education, Carole has completed several certifications, including Process Improvement Foundations, Leading Strategically, Operational Excellence Foundations, and Managing Skills for Remote Leaders, all from LinkedIn. Carole has also received certifications in various Salesforce-related courses such as Accounts & Contacts for Lightning Experience and Reports & Dashboards for Lightning Experience from Trailhead by Salesforce. Carole is a certified Project Manager, having completed the Project Management Certificate program at Cornell University. Furthermore, they have completed training in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills through LivingWorks.
