Roald Berkers

Roald Berkers has extensive experience in customer care and event coordination across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Manager of the Customer Care Division at HealthLink Europe & International since April 2018, Roald has held various roles within the company, progressing from Customer Care Specialist to Team Lead. Previously, Roald was the Owner of VanBastisch, facilitating soccer-themed travel and events since February 2012. Prior experience includes positions at Ericsson as Orderdesk Administrator for the German market, where responsibilities encompassed order processing and issue resolution, and as Delivery Performance Manager focused on quality and service level agreements. Roald also coordinated events for the Nederlandse Darts Bond and Expersport Nederland, showcasing expertise in organizing large-scale events. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Leisure Studies from Tilburg University.
