Siva Narayana Reddy Ganda is a Senior Software Engineer at HealthLink, part of Clanwilliam, since February 2022. Prior to this role, Siva worked as a Software Engineer at Foster Moore from May 2019 to February 2022 and served as a Technical Lead at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2007 to February 2019, where responsibilities included leading and managing development projects in the Operations stream for a leading airline in APAC. Siva has experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies and has contributed to technical upgrades, application support, and full-stack development throughout the career with a focus on mission-critical systems. Siva holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, completed in 2007.

HealthLink provides a computer communications system that links the information technology systems of more than 15,500 medical organisations across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Island nations and Canada. Each year more than 80 million pieces of clinical information are exchanged using the HealthLink system. HealthLink provides nearly all ofthe clinical communications used in New Zealand and is the largest provider of clinical messaging services in Australia. HealthLink came into existence in 1993 as a result of the New Zealand government’s health reforms and the company has been developing systems and services that facilitate exchange of clinical information since that time. HealthLink has offices throughout Australia, New Zealand and Canada. The company’s services are offered from data-centres in each of those countries.
