Kathleen Ebert is a highly experienced healthcare professional who has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Kathleen currently serves as the VP- Analytic Framework and Performance Improvement at HealthLinx®. Prior to this, Kathleen held positions such as Director of Customer Experience at OhioHealth and Professional Practice Coordinator at Mount Carmel Health System. Kathleen has a Master of Science in Administration from Mount Carmel College and a BSN in Nursing from Walsh University. Their expertise lies in driving change, measuring outcomes, and achieving national accreditation in healthcare settings.
