Ashley Amar

Ashley is responsible for Healthmap’s compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. She ensures that the Board of Directors, management, and employees follow policies and procedures, and their behavior meets the standards within the Code of Conduct. Her ability to develop, implement and administer a robust compliance program enables Healthmap to provide excellent service within the law.

Ashley specializes in healthcare law and has worked at both hospitals and other service providers. Ashley has expertise in healthcare regulatory law, business law, and human resources. She has resolved matters with the Office of Civil Rights, Office of Inspector General, FDA, and state regulating boards. Her experience handling Joint Commission Accreditations, Administrative Law Judge hearings, and Corporate Integrity Agreements provides the Healthmap team with the compliance leadership needed as the organization grows. Ashley graduated from law school with honors from Western State University and earned a Business Certificate.
