He aligns the company’s extensive strengths and internal resources to bring the most effective low-cost, high-quality programs to patients living with kidney disease; supports providers in practicing best-in-class, lower-cost medicine; and reduces spend and trend for payers.

Tom is a nationally recognized healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience building and leading organizations that change traditional methods of high-cost, lower-quality healthcare services. An industry trailblazer, in 2006 Tom founded Sleep Management Solutions (SMS), the first Sleep Benefits Management (SBM) company in the country creating the industry’s first SBM healthcare space. Before joining Healthmap Solutions, he was the Chief Customer Officer at CareCentrix, where he managed the company’s client portfolio and Account Management functions.
