Kathryn Farias

Kathryn Farias has a diverse range of work experience in the human resources field. Kathryn started their career at HealthMarkets in 2003, where they served as a Payroll Administrator and Benefits Specialist until 2007. Kathryn then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as HR/Payroll Systems Coordinator, HR/Compensation Analyst, and Benefits, Compensation, & Payroll Manager from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they became the Director of Human Resources and was subsequently promoted to Senior Director in 2018. Kathryn currently works as an Associate Human Capital Partner for UnitedHealth Group, a position they have held since 2019.

Kathryn Farias, GBA obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economic Theory from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Kathryn also holds a certification as a Group Benefits Associate from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), obtained in 2014.
