Kimberly Swanson

Kimberly Swanson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kimberly is currently working at Healthmine as the Chief of Staff since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Consulting and Professional Services at Healthmine from December 2021 to March 2023, where they consulted with health plans and health systems to improve quality programs, value-based care, and population health models.

From 2019 to 2021, Kimberly worked at Network Health WI as the Vice President, Quality and Clinical Integration. In this role, they focused on driving quality ratings and performance improvement, as well as leading clinical integration and value-based care initiatives. Kimberly oversaw various departments related to quality health integration, member wellness, and population health management.

Before that, Kimberly worked at Valence Health from 2013 to 2015, where they held positions as Manager of Advisory Services and Consultant. Kimberly provided advisory services and consultation to clients during this time.

From 2008 to 2013, Kimberly worked at APS Healthcare as a Senior Consultant. Kimberly worked on reducing infant mortality, improving maternal and child healthcare, and led various quality projects. Kimberly also worked as a Health Intelligence Consultant at APS Healthcare from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on quality interventions and benchmarking.

Kimberly's earliest work experience was at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from 2005 to 2006, where they served as an Aid to the Chief of Staff through the HRTP program.

Kimberly Swanson obtained their Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health Policy and Management from the NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Human and Organizational Development & Policy/Community Development. Additionally, Kimberly Swanson received a Health Equity Certification from The Johns Hopkins University, although the specific dates of this certification are not provided.
