Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Stephen most recently worked at Healthmonix as a Content Writer starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a UX/Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist at CareSense (MedTrak, Inc.) from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they researched, wrote, and designed educational materials for surgical patients and collaborated with the UX development team to refine messaging. Additionally, they co-led the initiative to design and write core company values. Before CareSense, Stephen was a Sportswriter at The Morning Call from 2004 to 2020. In this role, they targeted student-athletes and parents on Twitter, growing their audience to over 4,000 followers. Stephen received recognition for their coverage of Allentown Central Catholic's state-championship football team.

Stephen Miller has a diverse education history. Stephen obtained a Google UX Design Professional Certificate from Coursera in 2022. In 2020, they completed the Penn LPS Coding Bootcamp Certificate in Web Development at the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Saint Joseph's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen Miller has also obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they earned the Confluence Fundamentals Badge and the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian. Stephen also obtained a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy during the same month and year.
