Accredited by the Joint Commission, HealthNet serves as the medical home for more than 60,000 patients each year. 

With 35 sites, including 9 primary health centers, 5 dental clinics, 9 school-based health centers, and numerous outreach programs, HealthNet serves a critical need in the community. This multidisciplinary team collaborates to address a wide range of health needs, aiming to improve patient outcomes and serve the community effectively.
