Nicholas Schwind

Nicholas Schwind has extensive experience in the healthcare and actuarial fields, currently serving as a BCBSA Data Coordinator and previously as an Actuarial Analyst at HealthNow New York Inc. since June 2014. This role involves supporting small group and individual ACA filings as well as leading prior approvals for large group and Medicare supplement policies. Nicholas also contributed to the actuarial department as an intern, focusing on reserve models and generating detailed reports on claims processing. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Peer Note Taker at Rochester Institute of Technology for students at NTID and as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark, where patient assistance and insurance coordination were key responsibilities. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics from the Rochester Institute of Technology and has foundational education from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
