Amy began their career as a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, where they worked to develop the next generation of leaders through seminars and workshops designed to broaden their perspectives and hone their skills in values-centered leadership.

After their time at the Aspen Institute, Langer joined HealthPartners, where they have served as a board member for several years. In this role, they have helped to shape the company’s strategy and direction, and has been a strong advocate for its mission of improving the health of the communities it serves.

Langer is a passionate leader with a deep commitment to making a difference in the world. Through their work at the Aspen Institute and HealthPartners, they have had a profound impact on the lives of many people, and will continue to make a positive difference in the years to come.

Amy Langer graduated with a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. Amy then went on to receive certification from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in Governance Fellowship.
