Jerome Siy

Associate Senior Medical Director, Value-based Care at HealthPartners

Jerome Siy, MD, MHA, SFHM has been with HealthPartners since October 2000, holding various positions including Associate Senior Medical Director, Value-Based Care. Jerome has also served as Past President, President, and President Elect at the Society of Hospital Medicine from April 2018 to April 2023. Jerome obtained their Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and their Doctor of Medicine from Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. Additionally, Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
