Kate Kellett

Kate Kellett is an accomplished healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience in operational and strategic roles. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Health Services at HealthPartners since December 2010, Kate is responsible for overseeing the health and safety of over 20,000 employees across multiple hospitals and clinics, enhancing communication and operational efficiency through teamwork and technology. Previously, Kate held the position of Regional Clinic Director, managing eight clinical sites and a $6 million budget, and served as Clinic Manager and Supervisor of Interpreter Services at Park Nicollet Health Services. Early in the career at Thrivent, Kate developed training programs and acted as a liaison for new software implementations. Academic qualifications include a Health Care MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Augsburg University.
