Leah Heublein

Leah Heublein is a seasoned professional in health information management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Health Information Management at HealthPartners since March 2014, Leah has previously held the role of HIM Director at Park Nicollet Health Services from April 2000 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managerial and team lead positions. Leah's career began at Mayo Clinic, working in medical records from April 1990 to March 2000. Educationally, Leah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Information Management from The College of St. Scholastica, attained between 2012 and 2018, as well as an Associate Degree as a Registered Health Information Technician from St. Catherine University, earned from 2003 to 2006.
