Mark Kelley

Mark Kelley is a seasoned consultant in clinician leadership coaching and development at HealthPartners, where responsibilities include program development, executive coaching, and team advancement activities aimed at enhancing physician and clinician effectiveness. With prior roles as Director of Care Group Patient Experience and Senior Consultant in Organizational Learning and Leadership Development, Mark has built a robust foundation in facilitating leadership growth within healthcare settings. Before joining HealthPartners in 2012, Mark's experience included various positions at Target, focusing on organizational effectiveness and as a Merchandising Manager, as well as a Loan Origination Officer at Norwest Mortgage, where comprehensive relocation services were provided. Mark holds a BA in Business Finance and Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
