Mykenna Cepek

Mykenna Cepek is an accomplished Sr. Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently at HealthPartners since March 2022, Mykenna practices Agile with development teams and engages in a Community of Practice with leadership support. Previous roles include positions at Kinect Consulting, where Mykenna improved processes for client-facing teams, and Genius Plaza, where Mykenna introduced Jira for software development teams. Mykenna has also served as ScrumMaster at Novus Media and MatrixCare, and as Agile and Technical Coach for Target. Mykenna's technical background includes roles as a Senior Java Developer at Pearson VUE and Senior Application Engineer at Lifetouch. Mykenna holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
