Frank Russo

Frank Russo is the Senior Vice President of Risk and Legal Affairs, Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for Silverado Senior Living. Frank has been with Silverado’s corporate office in Irvine, CA since 2005. Silverado is a nationally recognized provider of home care, memory care assisted living, palliative care and hospice services with over 60 locations in 9 States and 5000 employees. Frank is responsible for all aspects of Silverado’s company-wide Enterprise Risk Management program, which includes Legal, Professional Insurance, Privacy/HIPAA, Corporate Compliance & Ethics Program, Employee and Resident Safety, Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Operations. Franks dynamic Risk & Legal department has been the recipient of numerous local and National awards and profiled nationally in numerous publications. Frank came to Silverado with an expansive Risk & Legal skill-set that they obtained while previously working for a predominant Fortune 200 Insurance Company and leading Third Party Administrator.

Frank Russo received a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinarity Studies with a focus in Justice Studies and Psychology from Arizona State University. Frank then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Webster University. Frank Russo is also certified by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) as a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC).

Frank Russo reports to Thomas M. Herzog, CEO. They are on a team with Peter A. Scott - CFO, Antonio Acevedo - SVP, Asset Management, Medical Office Properties, and Troy E. Mchenry - Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel.
