Jeanette Mungcal

Jeanette Mungcal serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., a position held since 2013, with a progression through roles including Senior Director and Director of Compensation and HR Analytics. In the current role, Jeanette focuses on HRIS operations, driving efficiency and system enhancements, managing compensation and equity administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings, and overseeing sustainability reporting efforts. Prior to joining Healthpeak Properties, Jeanette was a Senior Associate in Legal and Human Resources at CorVel Corporation and has a strong educational background with an MBA in Organizational Management from Eastern University, a Paralegal Certificate from UC Irvine, and a B.S. in Human Resources from California State University-Long Beach.
