Kim Myers is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Controller of Medical Office Properties at Healthpeak Properties Inc. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Kim started their career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Audit Manager. After seven years, they transitioned to PhyCor, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance. Kim then spent nine years at Brookdale Senior Living as the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis before joining Healthpeak Properties Inc. in 2009.

Kim Myers has a BPA and MPA from Mississippi State University - College of Business and Industry. Kim also has a degree from Mississippi State University.
