Nisha Patel

Nisha Patel, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Financial Reporting at Healthpeak Properties, Inc., a position held since August 2019, after progressively advancing through roles such as Senior Director and Director in the same department. Prior to joining Healthpeak, Nisha was a Financial Reporting Manager at Pacific Life from February 2019 to August 2019, and gained extensive experience at Deloitte from October 2012 to February 2019, where responsibilities included Manager in Controllership and Audit and Assurance. Earlier career experiences include roles at ARAMARK and THINK Together, as well as an Administrative Assistant position at UC Irvine Hospitality and Dining Services. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from UC Irvine, earned in 2012.
