Mr. Cheng has been the Senior Vice President – CCRC since February 2023. He joined Healthpeak in 2013 and has previously served as Vice President – Senior Housing Asset Management and Vice President – Business Improvement. Prior to joining Healthpeak, he was a Senior Associate at Deloitte. Mr. Cheng is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and certified public accountant.
