Patrick McCoshen

Patrick McCoshen is a seasoned professional in investments and portfolio management, currently serving as Manager at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Patrick contributed to Physicians Realty Trust as a Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst from October 2013 to March 2024. Early in Patrick's career, experience was gained as a Public Finance Intern at Robert W. Baird & Co. and as a Research Intern at Capitol Consultants, Inc. Education includes a degree from Marquette University and ongoing studies at the University of Antwerp. High school education was completed at Madison Edgewood High School.
