REBECCA L. BAINTER is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and pharmacy services. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at HealthPlan Data Solutions since May 2024, Rebecca previously held positions as Vice President of Clinical Operations & Strategy and Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Banjo Health from November 2021 to May 2024. Rebecca's previous roles include Sr. Director of Clinical Operations & Clinical Quality Assurance at Envolve Pharmacy Solutions, where oversight was provided for pharmacy operations across 11 million lives. Experience also includes significant contributions at Safeway and Walgreens, where operational efficiencies and patient-centered care programs were developed and implemented. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Midwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Ferris State University.
